Propulsion Engineer

Propulsion Engineer         PAE ISR is looking for a Propulsion Engineer to support next generation engine development and integration tasks on a Group 3 Unmanned Aerial System (UAS). Essential Duties: Design and integration of propulsion systems, including engines, fuel system, engine mounts and propulsion-specific support equipment. Develop requirements for propulsion system and related subsystems. Generate test plans and procedures. Lead or support execution of propulsion-related testing. Manage integration of the propulsion system within the air vehicle. Design propulsion-specific support equipment, test articles and test fixtures. Communicate information about power and propulsion system design, requirements, and performance between the design team, management, customer, subcontractors, and vendors. Minimum Qualifications: BS in aerospace or mechanical engineering or related field from an accredited university. 5+ years of industry experience working with propulsion systems. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance Strong understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, as well as their integration with the airframe Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred), MATLAB, and Microsoft Office applications. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
