The General Manager is responsible for management of the entire restaurant's operations, which include (but not limited to):
o Training, developing and mentoring staff o Creating a pleasant work and dining environment o Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures o Maximizing store sales and profit goals o Maintaining QSC standards o Ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets o Demonstrating drive for results o Going above and beyond to serve our guests What you can expect Benefits (includes, but not limited to):

o HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
o Minimum 3-4 operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts) o Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays o Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans required o Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment o Working knowledge of cost of goods sales o Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused The Wenspok Companies is a privately owned franchise of Wendy's Restaurants in the USA.
