Pendleton Treatment Center is seeking an applicant with management and supervisory experience in the field of substance abuse treatment. The Program Director manages and supervises the operations of an opiate treatment program to include the direct supervision of the staff and by extension, the treatment center's performance in the following key areas:
operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service.

Pendleton Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting. Our goal is to partner with each individual we serve to develop a personalized treatment program that leads them to live a healthy, productive, addiction free life.

Our treatment center hours are:
M-F 5AM-1PM and rotating Sat 6AM-11AM.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Scheduling and direct supervision of the staff members, staff member training and professional development, the supervision of the delivery of treatment services
  • Evaluation of the assigned client's progress in treatment, implementation of company policies and procedures, and
    adherence to state, federal and accrediting agency regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership/interpersonal skill development and mentoring of staff members who report directly to the Program Director
  • Execution and supervision of monthly, quarterly, and annual training programs to include the training of various staff members as well as training key leaders (e.g., Clinical Supervisor, Nurse Supervisor, and Medical Director on the skills and knowledge necessary for them to train their team
  • Coordination of training and audit efforts by internal and external functional area experts and teams
  • Serve as the moderator of weekly team meetings, treatment team meetings and staff member crisis intervention meetings (i.e., behavioral problems, high risk clients, suicide, incarceration, emergency treatment center leave, etc.)
  • Serve as Corporate Compliance Officer for the center
  • Maintenance of the treatment center and related infrastructure to ensure it is maintained at a high standard
  • Resolution of urgent and emergent issues regarding the treatment center before, during and after regular office hours
  • Proactively monitoring and addressing treatment program performance issues by:
    Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly treatment center reports
  • Managing treatment center revenue collections to achieve target collection rates and for managing expenditures in accordance with budgeted allowances.
  • Monitor schedule adherence to ensure adequate coverage and minimize unnecessary overtime.
  • Reporting of any work-related injury or illness, or workplace hazards or security issues immediately to the Program Sponsor and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure staff members are qualified by appropriate education, credentials, and training. And maintain their
    licensure/certification as required by the state, federal, and
    licensing authorities.
  • Ensure all staff members are trained and well-versed in the Company's P&P manual as it relates to compliance
  • Monitoring treatment program and staff member compliance through testing, periodic internal audits, formal and informal surveys, and by coordinating internal audits and third-party audit efforts
  • Responsible for ensuring the treatment center and staff members are prepared for and meet the annual accrediting reporting requirements
  • Responsible for driving Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives at the treatment center.
  • Assist in all marketing and outreach plans
  • Responsible for ensuring a robust and active referral network (i.e., incoming and outgoing client support and assistance agencies) is developed and maintained

Qualifications and Skills

  • State licensure as an LPN or RN in Oregon(with 3 years or more experience)
    or certified counselor (CADC II or III)
  • 5 years' experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience
  • Or 4 years' experience and Bachelor's Degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and Master's Degree in a
    related field from an accredited university.
  • CPR certified
  • We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level
  • Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
  • Current valid driver's license

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
