JOB SUMMARYResponsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, including interior janitorial, minor repair, maintenance and outdoor parking and walkway areas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient and friendly service.
Collects and properly disposes of all trash of both facility and grounds.
Performs janitorial duties, including sanitizing, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, buffing, and dusting.
Uses chemical cleaners and supplies as directed and in a safe and healthful manner to self, other employees and customers.
Assists with major cleaning duties - carpets, filters, cleaning of machinery, furniture, and painting.
Perform daily inspection of light bulbs and replace as necessary.
Provides physical set up for special events or activities including lifting and maneuvering bulky and heavy items.
Routinely cleans authorized employee access areas.
Stocks and supplies various custodial areas.
Greets and acknowledge customers encountered, pleasantly, providing informational assistance as needed.
Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guest.
Promptly reports all concerns to Supervisor.
Adhere to established federal, state and tribal health and safety codes/standards.
Comply with regulatory laws, Hamley's Team Member Handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
Ensure that operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.
Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
