Recognized for quality patient care, this community hospital has state-of-the-art equipment and offers a full range of services including general medical-surgical services, women's services, critical care, surgical services, infusion/oncology, cardiac rehabilitation, pain management, and more!Reporting to the Director of Clinics, the Women's Clinic Practice Manager will manage a team of Clinic Nurses, Providers, and Clinic Support Staff.
The Women's Clinic Practice Manager will be responsible for administrative oversight of the clinic including budgets, policies and procedures, and clinic standards.
In addition, the Women's Clinic Practice Manager will assist the Clinic Director with hiring and onboarding new staff and provide mentorship and performance reviews for existing staff.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent experienceo 5 years of progressive management experience in Clinic OperationsLocated in beautiful Northeast Oregon, the Women's Clinic Practice Manager will enjoy an area known for its wildlife, scenic views, and family-friendly environment.
